Fudge for everyone! Delicious. Dairy/soy/sugar/gluten free.

WARNING: THE FOLLOWING CONTAINS:

An innocuous recipe to follow my previous contentious parenting post. Can’t complain about that right?!!

I’m all about the EASIEST TO MAKE but MOST DELICIOUS FOODS EVER.

Full of awesomeness for a yummy snack/treat for the kids/ you (I bet you’ll be eating this in secret so the kids don’t smash it first though)

Just eat it.
Just eat it.

This “fudge” (my husband insists on air quotes, but don’t listen to him because it is FANTASTIC) is the easiest thing in the world to make. You can pretty much add anything to it you want, which makes it a great throw together treat that you can make with the kids with whatever is on hand in the pantry AND it’s healthy! Win!

Here is the basic recipe:

In your food processor:

4 Tbsp Coconut Oil

4 Tbsp Almond (or any nut) Butter

2 Tbsp Cacao Powder

1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)

3/4 Cup Almond Meal

Whizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Add/ Fold in extra ingredients:

Whatever you want………

Some suggestions:

1/4 Cup toasted (just dry toast in a pan) Sunflower Seeds

1/4 Cup toasted Pepita (pumpkin) Seeds

1/2 Cup Any dried fruit:Sultanas/ Raisins/ Cranberries/ Apricots etc

1/4 Cup Coconut Chips

Press into medium (helpful eh?!) sized baking dish (circle/rectangle tin) and throw into the freezer for 30 mins – 1 hour.

HEY PRESTO!! Turn it over and break or cut into pieces and store in the freezer. YUM.
